Payments and confirmations:
We shall answer to your request within approximately 3 working days by E-Mail and confirm the service with a Pro-forma specifying the programm, the values due for the reserved service. Your E-Mail reservation will guarantee a 7 days confirmation option, during which you will need to provide us with a Visa or Mastercard (number, expiration date and name as it appears on the card) as a guarantee for the services being booked. Upon receipt of the credit card data we will consider the option confirmed. We kindly request that you make your reservation at least seven days before the beginning of the first service.

The rates that will be sent to you don't include:
-Entrances to museums or monuments
-Gratuities and transfers, when needed

Penalties Cancellation:
1 week before the service: no penalty
Cancellation 72 hours before the service: 10% penalty
Cancellation 48 hours before the service: 30% penalty
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service fully charged
